What's For Dinner Wednesday



A twelve hour day put the kibosh on my plans of making Eggplant Parmesan. I didn't feel like making much of anything-but we did open the store for four hours! Woohoo. I got to help two couples, but didn't close the deal on either one. Tomorrow will be a different story, woohoo!

Tonight's dinner was one of the fall backs for leftover chicken, Chicken Nachos. It was the second time today I had some-but that's because I love them. Especially when I've got lots of cheddar cheese and cholula.

Off to soak the itchy friggin leg and have Ed make me another tall Comfort and Ginger Ale.

Wal Mart Your Zone $500.00 Gift Card Contest!

For several months now, I have participated in WalMart 's Beyond Eleven Moms, a collective of bloggers who partner with WalMart to give feedback on products already in stores and ideas about products that the company can offer in their stores. Last month, I was approached to help test out a new product line in the stores. Many retailers offer room decor for youngsters and college students, but affordable furniture, bedding and decor for teens was hard to find. Enter Your Zone ! Webmaster Alex speaks Anonymously

**Please note, this post was written in 2008, over 7 years ago.  This is not current, but remains to detail the DISboards bannings.** The other day, I wrote of my banning from the Disboards, a site I belonged to for six years. I was banned for participating in another site, as were approximately 35 others. The list will be posted further in this entry. If you skip this post because it doesn't mean anything except to the participants, I don't mind. This is mainly out there for the hundreds (over 7,500 now!**) of Google searches that have been directed to my blog since the bannings. Lord knows, anytime anyone asks a question on the Disboards, it'll be poofed faster than you can say "delete." Curiously, I received an anonymous comment that rambled on and on.
