Running on Fumes

This marathon of dealing with le Junque de Jane is in the final segment.

We spent a lot of time at the apartment today, sorting, pitching and consolidating. Ed wrapped up the rest of the tzotzkes and boxed them up and friends came to look at that monster huge entertainment center. As huge as it is, the center section is 2.6 inches too small to hold their television. However, smart cookie that our friend is, he figured out that we didn't have to install the shelf that is currently above the TV and could spread out the side units.

Guess we're so wiped from dealing with this crap that we didn't consider that a possiblity!

The bad news is that we have to move the stupid, heavy monstrosity one more time. The good news is that we'll never have to move it again!

Wal Mart Your Zone $500.00 Gift Card Contest!

For several months now, I have participated in WalMart 's Beyond Eleven Moms, a collective of bloggers who partner with WalMart to give feedback on products already in stores and ideas about products that the company can offer in their stores. Last month, I was approached to help test out a new product line in the stores. Webmaster Alex speaks Anonymously

**Please note, this post was written in 2008, over 7 years ago.  This is not current, but remains to detail the DISboards bannings.** The other day, I wrote of my banning from the Disboards, a site I belonged to for six years. I was banned for participating in another site, as were approximately 35 others. The list will be posted further in this entry. If you skip this post because it doesn't mean anything except to the participants, I don't mind. This is mainly out there for the hundreds (over 7,500 now!**) of Google searches that have been directed to my blog since the bannings.
