Yay, got an email yesterday that Florida residents can preview Expedition Everest! I'll be headed over to WDW on Tuesday and Wednesday to visit with friends visiting from out of state, and to check out the ride.

Sickness making its rounds...older son now appears to be doing the same thing younger son did last week with the puke and feel better thing. Unfortunately, this happened at a restaurant right before being seated for dinner. Same as his brother, although we got as far as salads before he did his thing. Yuck.

Suppose I'm going to do the taxes today. They *were* done on the laptop, but that toasted. Good news is that the laptop is already on it's way back home.

Wal Mart Your Zone $500.00 Gift Card Contest!

For several months now, I have participated in WalMart 's Beyond Eleven Moms, a collective of bloggers who partner with WalMart to give feedback on products already in stores and ideas about products that the company can offer in their stores. Last month, I was approached to help test out a new product line in the stores. Many retailers offer room decor for youngsters and college students, but affordable furniture, bedding and decor for teens was hard to find. Enter Your Zone ! Webmaster Alex speaks Anonymously

**Please note, this post was written in 2008, over 7 years ago.  This is not current, but remains to detail the DISboards bannings.** The other day, I wrote of my banning from the Disboards, a site I belonged to for six years. I was banned for participating in another site, as were approximately 35 others. The list will be posted further in this entry. If you skip this post because it doesn't mean anything except to the participants, I don't mind. This is mainly out there for the hundreds (over 7,500 now!**) of Google searches that have been directed to my blog since the bannings. Lord knows, anytime anyone asks a question on the Disboards, it'll be poofed faster than you can say "delete." Curiously, I received an anonymous comment that rambled on and on.
